(a) Your name, address, email address, and telephone number should you choose to provide it is collected only in the performance of fulfilling contracts between you and Paul Sawer Wildlife Photography. By Placing an Order on this website, you provide this information as stored in your PayPal account and give explicit consent to its use in the fulfilment of the order. No other information about you is collected which can identify any of your other personal information.
(b) Your name and email address is collected when you use the Contact Form to contact us. A telephone number is optional and only required if you wish to be contacted by telephone. By contacting us you give explicit consent for this information to be used to contact you.
(c) No information is shared with third parties for the purpose of marketing. Your name and address may be provided to third party couriers only for the purpose of delivering orders placed with us, which you give explicit consent to by placing an order.
(d) Overseas Booking Forms collect more information for the purpose of dealing with any emergencies that may arise and for the smooth running of that overseas trip only. This information may include date of birth, dietary requirements and allergies. These forms are stored physically until the end of the trip and are destroyed after its completion. None of this extra data is stored digitally and the extra information collected on these forms is not used for any other purpose with the exception of providing the ground agents at the destination of the trip the information for the purpose of dealing with any emergencies that may arise and for the smooth running of the trip. The ground agent’s details will be provided at the time of booking.
